Due to the nature of The BWH Collective, all sales are final. In an effort to support the small businesses of our vendors and to keep prices low, it is not possible for BWH to return items back to vendors due to management and shipping costs.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Unless otherwise specified, Babes Who Hustle and the Vendors of the BWH Collective do not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refund of any kind on any items offered for sale on http://shop.babeswhohustle.com.

Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing them. Some items are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and are features of the manufacturing process.

Your satisfaction is still our number one priority. If you receive a damaged/defective item or item in error, email chelsea@babeswhohustle.com within 30 days of receipt of item. Please be sure to have your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email. Please know in some cases we may ask for pictures of the item received for our quality control purposes.
